You might not put much thought into packing a first aid kit, but when you're traveling, it can be beneficial to know what types of items are necessary for treating minor injuries and illnesses. So before you depart on your next trip, take some time to consider what types of first aid supplies you should pack.

  • Regular Medication - Pack medicines you take regularly at home and make sure to bring extra in case of flight delays
  • Medicine - Antihistamine for seasonal allergies, antacid for heartburn, motion sickness medicine, medicine for diarrhea, and cold and cough medicine
